Well, I’ve delayed my writings and time has caught up with me. There are so many things that I want to write about but trying to find the time, and even worse, trying to organize myself, is getting a little difficult. However, I’m creating a schedule, and by golly (throwback to Jimmy Stewart) I’m going to stick with it.
Today is the 30th of September and two months today Kelly and I will be off on vacation, a 12-day Caribbean cruise on the Celebrity Silhouette. And three months to the day that we get back we will be off to Mazatlan, Mexico for two weeks. So, we’re excited by that and I’ll be writing about that. And about the languages that I’m refreshing myself on for the cruise (Norwegian, Indonesian, Dutch, and Italian) and for Mexico (Spanish- Por supuesto!!, and French – well, Quebecois anyways). And when I come back, any new recipes that I’ve picked up.
And I’m going to write about last year’s adventures on Celebrity and our first time ever in Mazatlan – great city and surroundings, that’s why we’re going back. Oh, Zeke the Dog won’t be coming with us – but he has his own resort reservation (okay, it’s a kennel, but he thinks it’s a resort) and he might write up his recommendations
