Bacon Wrapped Chicken and Asparagus 2

Ingredients

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 Slices Bacon
2 oz. Brown Sugar (crumbled)
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Salt

Preparation

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
• Mix together the brown sugar, garlic and onion powders, and paprika in a small bowl
• Using 2/3 the mixture – rub both sides of the chicken breasts
• Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each breast
• Place the chicken breasts in a rectangular baking dish
• Sprinkle the remainder of the rub mixture over the breasts
• Place the baking dish in the oven for about 30 minutes
• Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes
• Serve with asparagus, a salad, or a side of pasta
