Here’s another memory from last year on the Celebrity Silhouette. That will be me in two weeks. Two weeks today will be our first day on Silhouette – fly to Fort Lauderdale, get on the ship in Miami, sit on the sunset bar and have a few drinks while we’re sailing out. I’ve been busy this week updating the website – I’ve updated travel phrases for 5 languages (Dutch, Finnish, Indonesian, Norwegian and Spanish) and added two more (Turkish and Italian) – it’s a strange mix, but I’m a little strange also, so there!! I just finished Season 2 of Bordertown on Netflix – finished with a cliff hanger and Season 3 doesn’t start for another 6 months ☹ Kelly and I finished watching Case (Icelandic with English subtitles – 9 episodes) – which is extremely weird and turned out to be not all that good, but I got to practice Icelandic. Started a new series last night – Dark – (German with English subtitles - 18 episodes) which promises to be interesting – a little science fiction, but not bad. Oh, I added a new recipe … Spezzatino di Manzo al Chianti (Beef Stew) which was supposed to be Boeuf Bourguignon but I was missing the French bits and I italianized it. Have a great week … I’ve got to get back to cooking (with the help of Zeke the Dog) … and tonight is a big NFL football game Forty Niners against Cardinals … well, big for me as it’s my elimination pool pick and down to 4 people in the pool and 1k up for grabs … go ‘Cards!!
