Guacamole Salsa 2

Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Avocado (pitted and roughly chopped)

1 Plum Tomato (finely chopped)

½ Yellow Onion (finely chopped)

¼ Jalapeno (deseeded and finely chopped)

2 tbsp. Minced Garlic (bottled if you have it)

2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro (roughly chopped)

½ tsp. Salt

¼ tsp.  Black Pepper

2 tbsp. Lime Juice

Preparation

·         Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl

·         Add lime juice and mix thoroughly

·         Add salt and pepper to taste

·         Cover and refrigerate until ready to use

Tip: Reserve the avocado pit and place in bowl before refrigeration.

This will prevent the salsa from discoloring and maintain freshness.
